The Vicar Is Here!
Vicar Tanner has arrived and begins Sunday, August 2. He is in his third year of seminary and will be with us for one year. Think of him as an intern: he is primarily here to learn, and he will be putting hands on nearly every aspect of ministry. Treat him like a pastor, ask him questions, get his help, and give him advice, bearing in mind that he is not yet a pastor but a student. Following his year-long vicarage he returns to St. Louis for his final year of academic study. Pray for him, help him, and love him the way you have loved me.

Sunday, August 9 at 11:00 AM we begin our Systematic Theology class. We will review core Christian beliefs, why we believe them, and how to defend them. There is a workbook for the class; it is free, but please reserve a copy by calling the office so we have a book for each of you.
